TARGET TRAINING is aimed at volunteer leaders who would benefit from the occasional day of practical youth ministry training .

TARGET Training allows you to develop a training programme and schedule that suits YOUR needs. We provide you with a list of training seminars and you decide how many of these you want us to teach and when. We can do a whole Saturday, a weekend retreat, or just single sessions. The topics covered are those presented as part of our P4 Training programme and last for 1 hour.  If you would like a seminar held in your area or if you need further clarification on any topic, contact us. We can either do a seminar just for your leaders or it can be opened up to youth leaders from other churches. If you require something less instructional and more inspirational we can talk about that too.

The twenty sessions are grouped in four modules as follows:

1.  The Call to Leadership: Knowing we are doing something God has called us to do is the foundation for effective ministry. This seminar will help you become sure of your call to youth work. (To read content covered in this session visit our store).
